Procurement Specialist

As a one of the leading firms in pharma sector, we are looking for a Procurement Specialist to work in our Head Office with following requirements.

• Bahcelor’s degree from  Engineering or Economics and Administrative Sciences faculties of Universities,
• Up to 1 year experience preferably in procurements, supply chain,
• Strong analytical ability and eagerness to learn 
• Ability to exercise good judgement, independent decision making and problem solving skills,
• Effective interpersonal and communication and presentation skills,
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work with critical timelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• No military obligation for male candidates.
  

• Prepares and conducts contract and price negotiations, renegotiations and subsequent negotiations,
• Analyzes scope of supply and customer contract agreements, carries out risk analyses.
• Brings new suppliers, service providers and material/service innovations into the purchasing portfolio,
• Proactively manages the performance of the suppliers,
• Prepares and delivers category reports, presentations, tracking and monitoring of performance and cost savings.
