Product Group Responsible

Our customer is a market leader for their products, as main distributor in industrial market and has a strong reputation in agricultural product’ sales over 60 years in Turkey.

We are looking for Product Group Responsible who will work with the Marketing Manager on planning and marketing a single product. The role concentrates on understanding and meeting both the customer’s and the market’s needs and getting the products sold according to the strategic direction of the company.

Job Description:

• Increasing the turnover, profitability, market share and customer penetration of the product group for which s/he is responsible for
• Carrying out market analysis on the basis of factors such as market growth rate, development, flexibility, conditions of market entry and conditions within the market based upon product groups
• Visits customers and understands the needs of the customer and takes action accordingly
• Prepares performance reports regarding stock, sales, profitability, region, dealer and afterwards monitors
• Provides the first tests of new products to be marketed, receive customer feedback and acts correspondingly

Qualifications:

• Very good command of English
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented, creative and motivated
• At least 5 years of experience in the field
• Graduated from departments of Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering etc. and from a four-year instution
• Competency in SAP, Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Completed military service for male candidates
• Residents of Istanbul Anatolian side and Gebze region
