Qualifications

• Graduated from engineering faculties of universities,
• At least three years of production site experience,
• Advance level of English,
• Advanced level of MS Office Programs,
• Dynamic, proactive and analytical thinker,
• Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Flexible on working hours,
• Resident in Kocaeli or İstanbul (Anatolian side),
• Able to travel abroad for training/business.

Job Descriptions

• Ensuring continuity and optimization of production,
• Follow up production if production orders are issued within the production schedule and stock of the products produced and create new production orders for the missing products,
• Ensuring that production documents are up to date,
• Making shift plans with department managers,
• Prioritizing 5S studies that can increase efficiency in production,
• Participating in studies on issues such as new materials, machinery, production technology,
• Participating in machine acceptance processes,
• Familiar with ERP software,
• Familiar to work in make-to-order or project-based manufacturing.
