Project and Contract Manager

We are looking for a Project and Contract Manager for our client which is operating in production sector in Çorum.

• Defining the scope of the project in collaboration with other departments,
• Creating a detailed work and time plan which identify and define the activities needed for successfully completing the project,
• Developing a schedule for project completion,
• Reviewing the project schedule with relative departments and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required,
• Determining the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion,
• Contract qualified consultants and suppliers to work on the project as appropriate,
• Execute the project according to the project plan,
• Develop forms and records to document project activities,
• Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the Project,
• Establish a communication schedule with appropriate staff in the organization to update stakeholders on the progress of the Project,
• Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards,
• Write reports on the project for management,
• Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures,
• Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis,
• Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures,
• Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date,
• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality,
• Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.

   

• Bachelor's degree preferably from Mechanical, Electiric/Electronics or Industrial Engineering,
• Minimum 15 years of experience as a manager, extensive experience in employee management, performance metrics and the related skills of budget control, performance analysis and contract management,
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience at construction, installation or similar projects,
• Should have Project Management Professional Certification ( PMP) and use Primavera,
• No obstacles for international business travels,
• Fluency in english is a must,
• Good usage of MS Office applications,
• No military obligations for male candidates,
• Should have driving licence,
• Should live in Çorum.
