Project Management Assistant Specialist

We are looking for Project Management Assistant Specialist to join our Netlog Logistics' team in our subsidiary. The ideal candidate should have the qualifications as follows;

• Graduate of a 4 year university related departments (Preferably Business or engineering departments),
• SO and RFQ preparation stages experienced,
• Expert on updating process of the contracts of Commercial customers,
• Experienced on follow up stock  and order tracking issues,
• Experienced in Billing process,
• Coordinating the  shipping timeline and providing appropriate information to the customer,
• Can have the ability on Planning and Organization,
• Must have strong customer service and quality orientation. Good verbal, presentation and negotiation skills,
• Fluent in written and spoken English skills,
• Active user of MS Office Programs,
• Preferably locating in the European side.
