• Minimum of 5 years' software development experience 
• Minimum of 3 years' project management experience 
• Work very close to internal/external teams 
• Define and track quality metrics 
• Sync with other stakeholders to ensure features are well defined and meet expectations of the market 
• Evaluate new features compliance in mind 
• Responsible for validating and documenting features Keep track of software development life cycle 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English 
• Committed team player with a positive attitude and the motivation to learn 
• Autonomous, organized, motivated, and proactive 
• Attention to detail with a strong professional work ethic 
• Experience with issue tracking systems 
• Open to specific training and certification and or continued education 
• Willingness to be cross-trained for other job tasks
