QUALITY SUPERVISOR ( QC & QA )

We are seeking for a 'QUALITY SUPERVISOR' for our client which is performing at industrial sector with the following skills and the qualifications ;

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

1)    JOB

1.1)          Supplier :

a.    To plan and organize supplier assessments (New suppliers) agreement with purchasing and procurement department.

b.    To manage incoming inspection activities.

c.     To manage nonconformity/concession of supplied part.

d.    To manage the supplier quality records.

e.    To manage the new part approval process and evaluate ISIR’s

f.      To follow material specifications and standards.

 

1.2)          Product :

a.    To manage the product inspections and final controls.

b.    To report all the nonconformities about the product.

c.     To follow the material specifications and standards.

d.    Overall management of the corrective actions.

e.    To manage all rejections and scraps.

f.      To give all start up approvals for new products.

g.    To prepare all type of process control plans.

h.    To manage measurement equipments and calibration systems.

 

1.3)          Customer :

a.    To manage all type of customer complaints.

b.    To manage all corrective actions about customer complaints.

c.     To maintain connection with customers about concerns.

 

1.4)          Documentation System:

a.    To create work teams to prepare ISO documents.

b.    To implement ISO 9001 documents all site of company

c.     To manage all ISO documents.

d.    To plan and implement internal audits.

 

2)    RESPONSIBILITY

a.    To stop production and shipment if there is any nonconformity.

b.    To contact and invite suppliers for quality issues.

c.     Define quality targets for suppliers.

d.    To plan supplier visits and implement.

e.    To inform finance department to prepare invoices about relevant rejections.

f.      Organize all activities which is related with Quality issues.

g.    Contact all the relevant people at Group level about Quality issues

 

 Quality Management System

Involvement in the Quality Management System is standard to this role and commits the employee to the objectives and targets of the Company Quality Policy and the requirements of the Quality Management System Standard ISO 9001

 

Environmental Management System

Involvement in the Environmental Management System is standard to this role and commits the employee to the objectives and targets of the Company Environmental Policy and the requirements of the Environmental Management System Standard ISO 14001

 

H&S Management System

Involvement in the H&S Management System is standard to this role and commits the employee to the objectives and targets of the Company H&S Policy and the requirements of the H&S Management System Standard OHSAS 18001
