Recruitment Manager

Xerox Services Turkey is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Recruitment Manager.
As Recruitment Manager you are working in a very dynamic and international working environment of the Contact Center of Xerox Services Turkey. You are managing and coaching a team of a Senior Recruitment Specialist, 4 Recruitment Specialists, 2 Employers Marketing and one Recruitment Assistant. Together with your team you are responsible for the recruitment of Turkish, German, Dutch and French speaking advisors, operation related positions and staff positions.  

Your responsibilities as Recruitment Manager

The focus of this position is to coordinate, communicate, improve and maintain the quality of the entire recruitment process, both quantitative and qualitative. You are in close contact with the Operation Managers and Business Partners to ensure that the recruitment team can respond in time and appropriately to the demand of the operation.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the total recruitment center in Turkey for Turkish, German, Dutch and French speaking advisors, operation related positions and staff;

- Coaching and motivating the Employers Marketing to ensure that there are enough leads for the Recruitment Specialists;

- Coaching and motivating the Recruitment Specialist so they are able to meet the qualitative and quantitative requirements of the operations

- Develop, improve, and secure the structure, system, tools and procedures for the entire recruitment process

- Sparring partner for the Business Partners and Operational Managers
