 Our client is a global leader in the seed industry for which we are looking for a Regional Product Manager.

  •          Market analysis (data collection, analysis, coordination, identify trends)
  •          Create a PMC strategic plan for all PMC's under responsibility
  •          Forecast of future regional products and challenge forecast of current products
  •          Create and update product definitions per PMC
  •          Coordinate and monitor breeding projects according to product definition
  •          Translate trends into breeding project proposals
  •          Recommend promotion from R2, R3 into DV1, DV2 and commercial
  •          Creation of PD plan based on PMC team decisions
  •          Propose and verify seed production at the required date and quantity 
  •          Create and manage product profile (Variety Portfolio)
  •          Manage and monitor pipeline assortment per region
  •          Initiate and manage process
  •          Prepare PM forecast and verify seed production accordingly
  •          Create and maintain variety product descriptions
  •          Optimize use of varieties in related markets
  •          Take part in price setting and profitability monitoring
  •          Supporting Agro-Technical and Marcom activities (brochoures,catalogues etc.) in the region                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

Aranan Nitelikler

  •          Minimum a Bachelor or Master degree in agriculture.
  •          Visionary in the crop(s), directly connected with at least 5 year experience in the area of breeding, product development and/or sales
  •          Fluent English language skill (verbal, writing) is a must.
  •          Ability to travel at least 40% of your time in the country and abroad.
  •          Good computer skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  •          Analytical, focused and well organized, good decision making, understanding prioritizing.
  •          Team player with good communication, people skills and convincing nature.
  •          Commercial and flexible attitude with the ability to guide and motivate the PD & Sales teams
  •          Pro-active attitude planning activities on time in order to be executed properly
  •          Represent our company in a respectful way
