- Misafirlerin karşılanması ve yönlendirilmesi
- Telefon çağrılarının yanıtlanması ve yönlendirilmesi
- Misafirlerin check-in ve check-out işlemlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi
- Misafirlerin sorularına ve taleplerine yanıt verme
- Otel hizmetleri ve olanakları hakkında bilgi sağlama
