Valley of Tourism is looking for Reservation Executive.
Summary Of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Reservation Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:To be experienced in Travel Agency Reservation department .
Summary Of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Reservation Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:To be experienced in Travel Agency Reservation department .
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- To manage all external and internal reservation requests and assisting the partner agencies
- Take ownership of the partner agencies request and ensure follow up according to the Valley of Tourism standards
- Ability to work closely with the Operation department
- Have a sufficient working knowledge of Operation department
- Able to use and monitor the “Sejour” software system
- Suitable for levening Shit system
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Good command of English, knowledge of Arabic is preferred – verbal and writing.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Previous customer related experience an asset
- Must possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal communication skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
