Residence Sales and Marketing Manager

A well-established company based in İstanbul is seeking to hire a qualified a Hotel Residence Sales and Marketing Executive at its İstanbul Office for an  immediate start.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Planning and managing all sales and marketing activities

-Starting and maintaining property listings on various booking websites inside and outside Turkey

-Ensuring online reservations are successfully made with secured transactions

-Developing relations with travel agencies,companies and other sales resources

-Assisting with coordinating marketing campaigns and travel agencies

-Understanding and working with Social Media

-Liaising with marketing agencies and real estate offices regarding listing inquiries,tours and tour packages

JOB REQUIREMENTS

-Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration or hotel management

-Experience in the commercial real estate sector or a related professional  sevices industry such as hospitality and hotel managenment in  Turkey and the GCC countres

-Experience using social media and web-based marketing is an asset

-Excellent command in English and Turkish ; Arabic is a plus
