Sales and Business Development Associate

Are you passionate about driving sales and exploring new opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry? We are seeking a Sales and Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. The primary focus of this role is to maximize sales of company products, including active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) and semi-finished products to pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries. Additionally, you will provide valuable scientific data and research and development solutions to our partners in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Conduct sales activities, including negotiating deals and contracts with clients.
• Provide scientific insights and R&D solutions to pharmaceutical partners.
• Develop and maintain a strong customer base, ensuring regular visits to monitor customer satisfaction.
• Gather competitive pricing data and provide feedback to the company.
• Oversee and plan the ordering of all necessary supplies.
• Manage custom communication for supply-related matters.

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales or business development.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Multitasking capabilities.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
