Job Description
We are looking for a sales marketing manager team mate within the sales marketing department in our international 5 star hotel;
- Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets
- Leading and motivating staff to improve customer service with clients
- To realize lasting relationships with customers
- Developing and promoting sales objectives
- Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports
- Working with customers to better understand their business needs and goals
- Assessing costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices
- Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products
- Establishing a sales training program to train new employees
- Regular meetings with the sales team and management to assess the company's performance
Required Skills
- Have a bachelor's degree in a field related to marketing, business or tourism At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Have a good level of English language knowledge (reading, writing and comprehension)
- Have a driver's license and to be able to drive an active vehicle
- Have in-depth knowledge about Sales and Marketing techniques and best practices
- The capacity to manage various projects and work up to the deadlines
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills. Will be able to conduct domestic and international agency negotiations and participate in fairs, workshops, salescall activities
- High energy level, self-motivated, articulate and presentable
