SALES AND RESERVATION REPRESENTATIVE

Job Advert: Sales and Reservation Representative - EGYPTAIR AIRLINES EGYPTAIR AIRLINES is looking for a Sales and Reservations Agent to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity to promote and sell our company's services utilising your customer service and sales skills. Duties and Responsibilities: - Managing customer bookings and Sales through phone calls,e-mails - Resolving customer questions and concerns - Recommend flights and other services according to customer needs - Accurately record customer data and sales information ,preparing Sales&load factor reports - Achieving sales targets - Handling groups
