Sales, Customer Support and Contracts Analyst

Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to;

Performs day-to-day Customer Support activities to manage the engine shop visit projects in accordance with service agreement and customer requirements,
Maintain a high level of professionalism when handling customer queries or complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit; follow up with all stakeholders to ensure resolution,
Engage external customers on account related issues and establish positive rapport with customers through routine communication cadence,
Coordinate with internal customers(business departments) on various account related issues including attending meetings for jobs induction, production meetings, invoice closing and supporting ad-hoc reporting,
Assists customer for a cost effective, on time shop visit with highest customer satisfaction,
Provides customer responses and direction on how to proceed the engine shop visit to the shop floor on internal findings,
Arranges customer visits to the facility a internal requirements for a successful customer visit,
Support collecting and avoiding overdue payments,
Takes active role in small job sales, tool loans and part sales,
Perform Continuous Improvement activities within the department,
Perform other duties requested by the Customer Support Manager,
Occasional traveling required.

University degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering,
Minimum 3 years experience in customer support or sales role, preferably aviation industry background,
Excellent communication, problem solving and negotiation skills,
Ability to work with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Operations and Finance,
Experience in project management is a plus,
Good command of English both written and spoken,
Open to improvement, challenge for results,
Good knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP,
Action oriented, analytical, attention to detail, customer oriented, intercultural sensitivity, market and technical oriented,
