W Istanbul embraces 136 guest rooms, featuring Frederic's Restaurant, Minyon Café, W Lounge & Bar and 4 meeting rooms with high-tech meeting facilities, bar and cocktail areas.

The Sales Executive is responsible to generate and develop new business, drive sales and promotional activities, achieve maximum profits from rooms, conference and banqueting sales. This role reports to the Assitant Director of Sales.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to planning, soliciting and booking to enable the hotel to meet and/or exceed revenue goals in rooms and food & beverage; training and other sales related meetings as required; attending trade shows, community events and industry events; developing, maintaining knowledge of market trends, competition and customers.

The minimum pre-requisites for this position is that the candidate is fully conversant in Sales Executive tasks, is enthusiastic about the hotel, is self-driven and has the ability to work on his/her own initiative, displays a willingness to learn and has a focus on Guest Satisfaction.
In addition to those, Sales Executive should have

- Excellent verbal and written skills in Turkish & English
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a hotel
- Excellent computer skills inlcuding, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and be knowledgeable on the hotel`s PMS and Sales & Catering applications.
- Extensive knowledge of sales skills
- Knowledge of competitive market
