Job Description
Operation and Sales Team Leader
Duets and Responsibilities:
1-you will have a strong relationship with the Shipping Line
2-You will provide our company with a new Customers / Clients.
3-You will maintain existing customer relations as well as expand our customer base with new ones, whilst keeping your customer portfolio up-to-date at all times
4-Track and trace all shipments and permanent communication with clients
5-Proactive identify problems and swiftly implement the appropriate solution
6-Re-route freight as needed to meet demands and minimized costs
7-Provide support to other Logistics Teams as needed & interact with other departments to Respond to their needs
8- You will visit existing and potential customers to understand their needs and built with the operational team a customized solution that perfectly fits with customers' requirements.
9- You negotiate with suppliers the best conditions adapted to customers.
10-You monitor the progress of the shipment until final destination.
11-You participate to the contract setting and monitor customers' payment with the Finance / Collection Desk.
12-Perform a sales Target $ 1,000,000 USD per year in Freight Forwarding.

Required Skills
We are looking for an operation and Sales and operation Team Leader (G3) from 3-8 years' experience in freight forwarder field in Turkey / Istanbul Eyüpsultan
The salary starting from 5000 to 7000 TRY
Languages
Turkish: mother tongue language
English is very good to Excellent
