About Management Trainee Program

Viya Citizenship has hired all its current Sales and Marketing Team through the MT Program it has been conducting.

• Our Management Trainee Program is a process of 3 months.
• We train our MTs on everything they need for their job positions in these 3 months- including international sales and communications, Citizenship programs, and market...
• The Payment for these 3 months is 1000 ? + Rental Payment + Food and Transport. At the end of 3 months, a full salary along with the benefits above is also offered.
• We are aiming to employ all our MTs for full-time positions. There is no certainty that they will be employed though. Results are announced before or at the end of 3 months- based on the performance shown.
• Additional to the benefits above, bonuses per sale are also provided. 5% for a sale closed individually is paid to the salesperson (of Viya Citizenship Net Earnings). We are providing one of the highest bonuses in the market- considering the average 5% commission comes to an average of $500-$600.

Expectations and Requirements

• We are looking for a patient, strong-willed, energetic, and dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial spirit. Ask yourself if you carry these traits and not apply them if otherwise.
• This person is going to act as the Relationship Manager between Viya Citizenship and the companies Viya Citizenship works with (companies that send us clients)- to push and to encourage them to send more clients.
• Additionally, this person is going to close sales when a client is referred by associated firms to themselves.
