Security Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Security Manager to lead and oversee all security operations within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, assets, and facilities while maintaining compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Lead, train, and supervise the security team to ensure effective performance.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities to enhance security measures.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and security breaches; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor and evaluate security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Coordinate emergency response activities and ensure preparedness through regular drills and training.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders on security-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational requirements.
• Maintain accurate security records, reports, and documentation.
• Promote a culture of safety, security awareness, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in a security leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, risk management, investigations, and emergency response procedures.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and security reporting systems.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
