For our growing Technology practice in the banking sector, we are looking for capable professionals with interest in finance, to join as a Consultant and be involved in major transformation projects for our clients in banks.

Role and Responsibility

• Key skills required - credit, payments, securities, capital markets
• Analyze, document and improve the clients' data and processes
• Participate in user requirements, perform functional analysis and functional testing
• Provide support with business process & re-engineering
• Provide accurate and timely communication to stakeholders.
• End-to-end knowledge of data warehousing in a banking environment.
• Knowledge of statistical and analytical tools
• End-to-end knowledge of data warehousing in a banking environment.
• Solid understanding of business domain and of business processes
• Understanding of both internal and external data requirements.
• Knowledge of practices in data quality assessment

Qualifications

 Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in the field of (economics, Business, Engineering, computer science) from a reputable university in Turkey

• 8-10 Years of Consulting experience or banking experience ( solution design through to delivery)
• Interest in the business processes in retail banking
• Exposure to banking products and distribution channels
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English
• Process-minded, organized, with an eye for detail
• Able to function independently
