SPA Receptionist

We are looking for a SPA Receptionist;

Makes, reconfirms and verifies guest bookings,
Checks and assists with the set up of daily operations of the spa reception according to Hyatt Regency Ataköy Spa standards,
Ensures the cleanliness and hygiene of the reception area and spa,
Participates in the sale of products & services,
Handles guest complaints and records all guest comments accordingly,
Manages appointment cards or appointment schedules for the following day,
May need to escort guests as required

University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Tourism Management,
At least 2 years experience at Spa, Front Office or Guest Relations,
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
Ability to focus attention on details and to handle multiple tasks,
Result driven, proactive and reliable personality,
Excellent command of both written and spoken English
