Stock and Sales Manager Assistant

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Assıstant Offıce and Sales Manager to join our team at Amber Alex Istanbul (Osmanli Kehribar). Amber Alex is a leading amber (Kehribar) jewelry manufacturing and wholesale/ retail company with its head office and production site in Lithuania and sales office/ shop in Istanbul. The position will be reporting to Istanbul General Manager and Office Manager. 

Responsibilities:

Helping Istanbul Office Manager in daily sales and stockkeeping activities
Preparing imported products for sales, including product labelling, tagging, etc.
Preparing ordered products for delivery
Participation in Jewelry exhibitions together with other company staff.

Requirements:

University degree is an advantage
Minimum 1 year experience in sales and/or stockkeeping, warehouse management
Good Interpersonal and negotiation skills is an advantage
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent command of Turkish, both written and spoken.
Good command of English. Arabic language- an advantage
Good command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
