Betreuung eines Inbound-Teams mit bis zu 15 Mitarbeitern
Sicherstellung der optimalen Servicequalität des Teams
Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen als Grundlage Ihrer Entscheidungen
Umsetzung der qualitativen und quantitativen Vorgaben des Auftraggebers
Ihr Profil
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Call-Center
Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
Hohe Leistungs- und Verantwortungsbereitschaft sowie Eigeninitiative
Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und soziale Kompetenz
Belastbarkeit und Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten
