- Determines models, resources and materials for training.
- Provides trainings for new store openings and branch office specific individual development needs.
- Provides trainings in accordance with brand standards and prescriptions.
- Determines training needs for in-store training professionals and store managers.
- Follows up on training certificates.
- At the end of the trainings, it organizes and implements the exams.
- Prepares new products and provides training
- Organizes and manages inter-branch organizations.
- It follows beverage standards in stores. Performs and implements training studies to correct the places it deems incomplete.
Aranan Nitelikler
- 3-5 years managerial experience in training and development function,
- Excellent written and verbal comminication skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree in universities
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic work-environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with learning Managemen Systems
- Good understanding of the L&D trends, learning Technologies&associated tools.
- Have strong written and verbal comminication skills with the ability to speak interpersonally
