Translation Project Coordinator

- Coordination of job placement, follow-up and delivery processes between the free-lance translators and the suppliers in relation to the outsourced services for the projects.
- Reception of requests from new and existing clients, and customer satisfaction-oriented coordination of the entire project process

- Support the content management coordination and production department as may be instructed by the Translation Coordinator

- Manage, if necessary, all the processes associated with the customer accounts assigned directly or indirectly

- Work in coordination with the Sales Manager for gaining new customers.

Specific Qualifications

• University degree in the science of translation or in the language involved (applicants not holding a university degree in the language involved are expected to hold a certificate as proof of their linguistic skills)

• Advanced level of written and verbal English communication skills

• Familiarity with computer-assisted translation software is highly desired (otherwise, willingness to learn about and use such software is required)

• At least two years professional experience in active customer relations.
