TURKISH SPEAKING TECHNICAL ADVISORS

Technical Skills

 

  • Ability to use the desktop computer system
  • Knowledge of all Internet applications
  • Usage of MS Office packages
  • Familiar with new technologies and smartphones

 

Soft Skills

 

  • Fluent in English and Native Turkish
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Being able to handle demanding clients
  • Ability to clearly understand a problem statement
  • Willing to work in a fast paced environment

 

Your role

As Turkish speaking Customer Care Advisor you will be responsible to resolve queries or problems that our current clients are facing via Inbounds Calls, Emails or Chatting in both Turkish and English.
