We emphasize strong Fashion statements through styling, natural fabrics in very selective pattern and prints as well as trim details. We also have concept which is called “Simply Art by Dolcezza” that is a fusion between Art and clothing. We use original artwork from artists from all around the World to create unique ladies’ garments. Designed in Montreal and manufactured in Turkey, Dolcezza clothing can be found in the finest stores and boutiques across Canada and the United States and Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. We are looking for new members for our Customer Service Representative team for the Turkey Office.

Service Representative Job Responsibilities:

• Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
  
  
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
  
  
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• University/college degree is an asset
  
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  
  
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  
  
• Familiarity with MS Office, Familiar with Sales Marketing and CRM systems
  
  
• Previous experience, especially in particular industry, preferred
