For its ever-growing team, KEYVAN HAVACILIK AŞ is looking for a  team-member as IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE to its Headquarters in Istanbul, provides leadership and guidance to project teams consisting of business and IT professionals who are engaged in planning and implementing solutions that are projects of all sizes and complexities.Mentoring Project Management subordinates is an essential responsibility of this role to ensure that the team is maturing their project skills and capabilities.

* Ensures project scope and costs are agreed upon by the Management.

* Coordinates business requirements gathering, documentation and Management approval.

* Prepares project plan(s) and implementation schedule(s).

* Ensures the project plan includes all Management requirements.  

* Conducts internal and vendor inquiries pertaining to the development of technology or information systems to meet current and projected business needs.

* Coordination of RFI/RFPs with third parties, project and internal IT procurement team.

* Provides regular report updates to Management, including status updates, milestone information and risk and issue information.
* Recognizes potential problem areas against the plan and identifies and implements alternative solutions.

* Works independently projects of any size, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Manages change control processes and is responsible for overall project execution.

* Identifies creative ways to reduce cost by streamlining processes and systems.

* Maintains discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to IT systems, data and proprietary information.

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or computer related discipline is required, or a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience, plus 2+ years as a Project Manager or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.

* Project Management Professional certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
