Restaurant Leaders / Servers
Assists with meeting, greeting and seating of guests when needed
Provide information to guests about a la carte menus, wines & spirits, reservations, upcoming events, and special requests
Taking orders and answer questions relating to menus,
Serving of ordered items occurately, in a polite manner and within the timing of service standards
Ensuring that the guests are completely satisfied with the food and drinks served
Prepares restaurant for dining setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils.
Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
Identifying guests special dietary needs and special requests; communicate with kitchen and bar
Accurately charge guests’ accounts for items consumed
Maintain a professional attitude and acts professionally throughout service
Explain specials and up sell additional items based on pre-shift meetings
Control inventory, consumptions and prepare reports, assist accounting department for stock control and calculate cost of food and beverage.

Must have international hotel chain background and at least 3 years experiencein similar position
Positive outlook and outgoing personality
Previous serving experience is a big plus
Fluency both in Turkish and English
