- Manage day to day office administration including safety, security, leasing/service contracts, office procurements
- Operation of SAP accounting and inventory controlling systems
- Internal financial reporting to headquarter
- Tax reporting and filings of various duties and VAT etc. to relevant Turkish authorities. Ensure duties/VAT paid for all imported shipments
- Co-ordinate with internal and external parties in stock controlling/stock-taking
- Import/export, banking practices including foreign exchange matters
- Monitor cargo release, credit control and collections
- Cash flow management
- Liaison with various government offices and bank to ensure the company‘s business activities comply with the local laws
- Work with external auditors and tax consultants , internal and external Information technology
- Perform Corporate Secretarial duties for Turkey/Istanbul office
- Ensure duty/VAT paid for all imported shipments
- Responsible for Payroll, social insurance payments and filing of various payroll deductions (in future if needed)
- Coordination for office set up.
- Serve as Corporate Secretary
Aranan Nitelikler
- 8 - 10 years of office management proven track record including Finance/Account
- Finance/ account background
- Experience in system implementation and accounting procedures/ process review beneficial but not mandatory.
- Work experience with SAP software is preferable
- Trading/ warehousing/ Customs/ Tax

- Good computer skills
