Manna Hotels Inc. is an international tourism company based in Istanbul. Within the Manna Hotels brand, the company is dedicated to the development of its own concept of luxury boutique hotels in global strategic markets and cities, undertaking hotel management operations whilst supporting its philosophy of “Exceptional Hospitality” with pioneering information technology.
We are seeking an experienced HR and Administrative Affairs Manager to lead the charge in opening this 47 rooms high profile property in the central business district of Istanbul and who is passionate about bringing positive energy to the workplace on a daily basis.
The Profile,
Reports to both Hotel Manager and Managing Director in a matrix structure, female/male the ideal candidate is required to have Bachelor's degree , minimum five (5) years of experience in HR and Administrative Affairs management is a must. Analytic profiles with strong strategic HR approach will be preferred. Proficiency in MS Office Applications. Fluency in English. Hospitality & Tourism or service sector knowledge with letters of recommendation is a plus.
Aranan Nitelikler
· Works in compliance with Sales & Marketing Procedure
* Researches the potential corporate accounts, TA.s and TO.s and contact them after qualification ( Seek & Prospect )
* Conducts Tele-marketing activities, sales blitz and sales calls ( min. 20 calls/week), organizes site inspection and house tour for prospective accounts ( Build Trust – Need Assessment – Recommendation – Close )
* Prepares all rates applicable together with Front Office, submits to GM for approval
* Participates all scheduled trade fairs and conventions
* Prepares the Media Plan and Sales & Marketing Plan, including Action Plan
*Understands functions and coordinates the above-specified areas also to cooperate
with closely related departments such as Front Office, Reservations, Food and Beverage, House-Keeping and SPA services and the other departments as well.
* Ensures efficiency of the operation and acts as a liaison between all the above specified
Front of House sub departments.
* Is committed to reach the target CRM result and strictly follows any agreed upon action
To achieve that
* Ensures that any hotel Standards/Leading Hotel Standards/ISO standards are strictly
Adhered to.
* Takes an active role for Strategic Planning for the Hotel
* Keeps always an updated data for Competition Analysis ( benchmarking )
* Keeps running and supporting training activities aiming at exceeding customer expectation
* Implements and applies control mechanism aiming at full compliance of agreed upon
Service delivery and customer relation’s standards.
Financial achievements:
* Is fully committed to achieve the set financial targets featured by financial monthly
Statements
* Always supports strategy discussions, meetings and the implementation of Yield
Management standards aiming at achieving or exceeding set targets via System/GDS
* Gives full support to cross selling and up selling activities
* Acts cost conscious aiming at cost saving without compromising set quality levels
* Actively participates in budgeting and forecasting procedures
Administration:
* Takes responsibility of maintaining data in the Fidelio Front Office software and
Further developing the usage of the software in his related areas.
* Takes full responsibility in up keeping training manuals for his department
* Take full responsibility in applying all set rules and regulation related to Health and
Safety, Fire and Emergency as well as Guest/Employee and Data security.
* Always ensures fast and reliable communication in his team and with other departments.
