Purchasing Specialist

We are looking for Purchasing Specialist to join our Netlog Logistics' team in our subsidiary. The ideal candidate should have the qualifications as follows;

• Preferably in Economics, Business or Engineering bachelor degree,
• Minimum 3 years experience of  purchasing process in food area,
• Review materials requirement and placement of purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies,
• Monitor open purchase order commitments,
• Expert on the evaluation, preparation and review of the terms and conditions of the purchasing contract and process,
• Effective working on  existing suppliers and Maintain the Purchasing system with current supplier schedule data,
• Analyze and communicate with existing suppliers on corrective actions for problem areas and follow-up measures to ensure completion,
• Creating new strategies about purchasing,
• Expert on Import &  Export and controlling of Logistic process,
• Fluent in written and spoken English skills,
• Must have strong customer service and quality orientation. Good verbal, presentation and negotiation skills,
• Can have the ability on Planning and Organization,
• Active user of MS Office Programs,
• Preferably locating in the European side,
