Sourcing/Purchasing Specialist

We are looking for:

·         A dynamic team member to join our newly set up Turkey office located in Seyrantepe;

·         Degree holder, with excellent English level in both verbal and written is a MUST;

·         Min. 2-3 years working experience, preferably in Purchasing or Merchandising or Printing Production;

·         Detail-minded with strong communication skills and enjoy multi-tasks;

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS office program is a MUST;

·         Report to the Country Manager

 

Your Missions:

Major duties:

·         To liaise and follow instructions from the Hong Kong Headquarters for local sourcing of raw materials and subcontractors for production and development needs;

·         To understand and explain things in terms of production aspects and make proper relay/reporting in English to Hong Kong;

·         Planning & processing POs according to Production requirements;

·         Ensure company standard/requirements are well performed by the suppliers and subcontractors

·         Offer support to our Turkey Production Team in communication with the Hong Kong Head Quarter about any production/machinery issues (English translation is required);

 

Secondary duties:

·         Monitor and follow up the daily on-line orders from our customers (garment factories);

·         Organize delivery of orders or any shipment issues with courier company for customer orders;

·         Handling and resolving customer enquiries / complaints in a polite and timely manner;

·         Other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the Country Manager
