After Sales Representative / British Real Estate Company Based in Turkey

PropertyTurkey.com is a leading real estate consultancy company headquartered in London/UK with offices in various parts of Turkey, including Istanbul, Bodrum, Fethiye, Kalkan, Antalya. 
Our client base is predominantly foreign investors looking for lifestyle and investment properties.

We are now recruiting after-sales representative for our head office in Şişli/İstanbul.
The candidates must have the ability to build close relationships with our existing clients, follow up with the progress of their property purchases and ensure customer satisfaction.

Prior experience in consultative after-sales environments is crucial, however, in-house training will be given.

Keeping a good record of your communications, updating your knowledge on the market dynamics, building a good rapport with clients for creating a future business are important skills needed for this position.

We are offering a basic salary plus uncapped commission to successful candidates.

• University graduate
• Excellent Turkish and English,
• Real estate/Construction company experience is a plus
• Category B driving licence 
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Responsible manner, able to prepare informative reports
• Very high drive for success, a 'can-do' attitude and ability to work long hours
• Excellent follow-up and communication skills
• Relevant customer-focused experience, analytical mind
• High level of empathy and consultative approach
