- Reporting to the International Sales Director, the ideal candidates will be Responsible for;
- Systematic development of sales in the related territory,
- Defining sales strategy for the market, finding new customers and dealers, planning actions for achieving sales targets, improving market share and sales volume for the assigned market,
- Knowladge about all competitors products and activities,
- Supervise related territory distributors, sharing actions plans for sales activities,
- Attending fairs and other activities in the related territory,
- Prepare territory budget, forecast all sales volume for related markets and maintain knowladge on all product range,
- Analyze all new business opportunities to expand business and maintain efficient portfolio,
- Develop and maintain Professional and effective relationship with all the network,
- To control and manage all marketing activities and expand the brand awareness within the territory,
- Monitor weekly/monthly sales data and report to the management.
- Graduated from a related department in a reputable University,
- At least 5 years of experience in International Sales, Marketing, Building a distribution and network management,
- Worked in the same position,
- Preferably have knowladge in furniture sector or in parallel sectors,
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French, (Preferably 3rd language knowladge)
- Good in communication with people,
- No obligations to travel and ready to work in flexible working hours,
- Military Obligation should be done for male candidates,
- Lives in İstanbul.
