We are looking for a Sales Representative for our growing team. Main responsibility of the candidate will be to increase the market share of the company.
We are the distributor of a leading electronic design software with a large portfolio of clients across various industrial sectors in Turkey.
- Develop and executing sales strategy.
- Manage, develop, maintain and communicate sales plans for each account.
- Managing prospects and clients relationships with enterprise customers
- Identifying needs and sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
- Acting as a point of escalation and resolutions for unresolved client issues.
- Ability to work in team
- Self-disciplined and self-motivated personality and accustomed to work with deadlines,
- Very strong negotiation skills with a result oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles
- Strong knowledge about industry and manufacturing sectors, product development and production environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM Tools
- Empathy and ability to build relationships internally and externally
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Turkish and English,
- University degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics,
- Proven sales success of selling services/solutions/consulting,
- Military Service should be completed for male candidates.
