Export Sales Operations Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the export process for shipments from Turkey, and China. Also providing customer service aligned with the company’s initiatives and business strategies in compliance with exceptional quality and service such as :

·        Leading Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain activities in designated regions,

·        Playing critical role as an SPC for vendors and customers,

·        Process incoming customer requests and orders,

·        Determine export controls applicable to the order and coordinate efforts with the regulatory compliance team as needed,

·        Assure on-going regulatory compliance for the order and ensure accuracy of export documents and charges,

·        Instruct and liaise with warehouses,  and forwarders to prepare and arrange the execution of the shipment of goods,

·        Create and monitor outbound activities in order to complete the order,

·        Handle complaints and return shipments,

·        Interface with and support the Regional Export Sales Managers and representatives,

·        Developing customer portfolio,

·        Preparing and submitting regular sales and forecast reports.

·        Bachelor’s degree prefably from engineering and/or Business Administration,

·        Must possess solid export process management skills,

·        Must be detail oriented and have strong problem solving skills,

·        Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with complex business scenarios,

·        Customer and service oriented attitude,

·        Good team player, and multitasking ability,

·        Fluency in Turkish, English and Russian is required ( written & oral )
– additional language will be plus -

·        Proficiency in MS Office apps, and Mikro ERP,

·        Min. 2  years experience in Export Operations Management,

·        Min. 25 years old,

·        No Military obligations for male candidates,
