- Fulfilling all stated KPIs and its requirements like sales penetration to ensure achievement of budget through obtaining profitable business opportunities,
- Manage the customer orders and payments process,
- Identifying new internal and external business opportunities,
- Identify causes of success and failure in processes, projects, plans and their implementation in order to build on strengths and to eliminate weaknesses,
- Promote increased and sustainable customer satisfaction,
- Coordinate and communicate with partners, customers and colleagues as a good team player,
- Prepare reports and ad hoc assignments by first line manager,
- Follow up company's sales strategy, promote company products to customers and achieve target,
- Ensure our service commitments fulfilled and meet customer's requirement,
- Collect account receivable on time and ensure no outstanding relevant,
- Internal & external communication with overseas customers and offices.
Aranan Nitelikler
- University degree in a related field
- Min.1-3 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Industry.
- Must be able to converse at a business level English, written and spoken
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Able to deal with time pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with people at all levels. Effective communication skills.
- Customer focused, good relationship builder, self-motivated,
- Ability to prioritize and organize work, team oriented, demonstrable initiative and determination, commitment to task, strong quantitative and analytical mindset,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
