Team Leader

An international consulting company is seeking a member of team with the following specification

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Archaeology.

Good command of English (speaking, reading and writing).

Full computer literacy.

Master degree in Conservation / Preservation is an asset.

Up to 20 years but a min. of 15 years of professional experience.

Up to 10 years but a min. of 7 years of experience in design and/or constuction of restoration/conservation/rehabilitation projects (in the team of Contractor or Consultant),

Preferable 5 years but a min. of 3 years of experience as team leader/project manager in the construction supervision of any kind of buildings,

Minimum 2 years experience in constuction works on site in protected and listed (prehistoric) archaeological sites

Experience in supervision (on the Employer Side and/or as an Engineer) in at least one construction project implemented under FIDIC Conditions of Contract will be an asset.
