Identify and help implement strategies to improve return on investment through reduction of operational costs in restaurant development, operations and management. Coordinate strategic initiatives & Turkey & MEA Annual Operation Project to better leverage the efforts of Country Director, Business Development Agents(BDA) and franchisees. Translate US/Int’l solutions into practical tools for the region. Implement strategies and adapt tools to improve operational performance and guest service at restaurant level and BDA office level.

Years of Experience
4 – 6 years operations and/or franchise management in food industry. QSR experience is preferred.
Major/Discipline: Operations Management, Management, Food Engineer / Scientist or related fields.
Degree: University degree
Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint AutoCAD & DWG & Project management skills
Technical Skill or Capability:
Conduct BDA territory reviews.
Identify, adapt and implement strategies to improve return on investment for franchisees through improving operations performance.
Lead Operations (Procedures, pricing, inventory management, cost analysis) and business management strategies (POS, labor cost, staff retention and customer satisfaction)
Supports & conducts Field Consultant & Multi-unit owner training, supervise trainers as well as oversee training programs and initiatives.
Coordinate between HQ/Country Director/BDAs with respect to regionalizing, updating and distributing Ops materials and providing franchisees with tools & programs available to provide consistently great operations and customer service at BDA and restaurant level.
Collect, disseminate and train BDAs in the field in best practices for improvements of ROI.
Identify, translate and produce operational tools, charts & instructional materials for the region.
