A BRIEF HISTORY...

TEKSER, is established at 1978 as a Destination Management Company, to focus on incentive travel, corporate service and special arrangements in Turkey with a commitment to Total Quality Management.

OUR DEPARTMENTS

With a team consisting of 45, we give professional service to 450 companies, 15000 local and 25000 international customers on yearly basis.

IATA Ticketing Department

Serves local and international companies, as well as individual travellers, with a well-experienced efficient team, protecting our clients' interests as if they are own. With the international Amadeus computer network and direct network to the head offices of all airlines we provide airline tickets. Visa services are some of the services that we provide to our customers.

Tourism Departments;

1) Incoming Department
Due to the high volume of foreigners that we serve in Turkey, whether on individual or group basis, we are equipped to offer to all our clients special volume hotel rates throughout Turkey, especially at deluxe and first class establishments. The scope of our touristic services in Turkey range from; guidance and transfers, hotel and rent-a-car bookings, private yacht cruises, cultural and archaeological tours, excursions, to seaside holiday arrangements and custom-tailored tour packages in accordance with our clients' special requirements.

2) Outgoing Department
Similarly serves corporations and/or clubs and associations for their individual or 'affinity' group travels as well as individual travellers outside Turkey. The scope of our touristic services abroad range from; guidance and transfers, hotel and rent-a-car bookings, excursions to custom tailored tour packages in accordance with our clients' special requirements.

3) Incentive & Corporate Travel Department 
Boasts of many successful incentives and conventions, special arrangements, pre and post conference tours, theme parties with fun to each group's expectations and requests. Whether it is corporate achievers that are being rewarded, conference delegates seeking amusement or special interest travellers desiring enrichment, we can suggest, design and deliver a program to meet your objectives.
