responsibilities
- Assist our community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time
- Respond to user inquiries, speed, empathy and accuracy
- Use market specific knowledge
- Become and remain knowledgeable about client's products
- Make sure
- Displaying the client's mission
- Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on clients.
- Gather, analyze and utilize
- Enforce Client's Terms of Abuse
- Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions
- Recognize trends and patterns

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Fluent reading and writing skills in Russian
- Social inclusion in Russia

- Open for shift working system - morning, evening and night shifts
