JOB DESCRIPTION
Take the responsibility for achieving the overall Net Sales and Global Gross Profit goals for assigened fields.
Responsible for the budget planning, P&L for the assigned areas.
Ensure timelines are met and financial results are maximized. Controls the costs to stay within the budget in margin. Align resources for key timelines.
Provide customers with comprehensive professional service solutions; take responsibility for the competitiveness, deliverability, and profitability of such solutions and their prices, ensure contract quality and process compliance for service sales
Efficient Service Provider organization of support life cycle solutions. Go above and beyond to respond to customer needs by partnering with sales, marketing and other functional areas.
Establish and manage integrated management systems and related certifications for Sales and Service entities within the country.
Understanding the linkages in quality and regulatory compliance in delivery to customer and health authority
Implement relevant quality tasks, manage quality procedures and address quality issues to achieve quality targets.
Orchestrate the process to ensure execution of project plan within functional teams (sales, service and others) to achieve a high level of internal/external customer satisfaction when implementing projects.
Aranan Nitelikler
Bachelor's degree preferably in enginerring or science
Min 10 years of work experience in healthcare sector. (Minimum of 5 years in field of technical service; minimum 2 years in the field of quality and regulatory affairs experience)
Management experience in a medical company
Change management and project management experience
Basic knowledge of medical devices and basic area of use at customers
Expertise in software applications (e.g. MS Office)
Great communication skills
Strong influencing skills to lead executive management, peers, and subordinates
English language at advanced level
Strong Analytical and strategical thinking
Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
Good time management skills
Excellent presentation, planing and organizational skills
Willingness to travel on a flexible schedule
