Account Executive

•          Servicing all existing business relationships, securing the renewal of all existing subscriptions as well as selling upgrades and additional products.
•          Generating new sales of EBSCO Information Services products and implementing and directing a growth plan for assigned territories and markets.
•          Direct sale of EBSCO products - active in direct selling situations through telephone and email.
•          Creating new, and modifying existing, legal offers and contracts with customers.
•          Participating in the pricing and planning of official offers.
•          Preparing quotes, forwarding literature, administrative data entry, setting up trials.
•          Providing customers daily support and acting as the liaison between the customer and other EBSCO Information Services departments.
•          Entering and maintaining data in CRM (Customer Relations Management) system.
•          Conference attendance based on need.

•          University degree
•          User proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
•          Excellent organizational, interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to communicate at all levels
•          Relevant experience in sales
•          Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
•          Pro-active approach to work and willingness to learn new things
•          Time management skills are a must. The successful candidate must be able to prioritize multiple tasks.
•          Male applicants should have completed their military service
•          Native Turkish language speaker with active knowledge of written and spoken English - official company language
