SALES EXECUTIVE

To support Sales & Marketing Department in preparation of offers, documents, files to be presented to the client,to realize and follow-up on the below functions :

* Calculation of the costs related with the equipment to be offered,profit analysis and forming the sales price,preparation and necessary revisions of the offer to be submitted to the client,in coordination with Sales Managers;

* Review of tender specifications, determination of suitable products, translation of the specifications if necessary, preparation of the tender fille

* Preparation and updating of product specifications,manuals,training documents;

* Editing and updating product and / or product tree data formed in ERP program in coordination with IT Department;

* Development and periodical updating of the offer analysis to be a part of Sales reports;

* Building and development of contacts with local and foreign suppliers, their personnel and representatives, ensuring the continuity of the relations;

* Collection of client complaints, if any, during contacts, review and evaluations of these with the involved parties and information of the clients accordingly;

* Fullfillment of the QMS requirements,determination of necessary resources,provision of the system's effectiveness and constant development.

• University degree
• Good knowledge of English
• Hands-on mentality and problem solving capabilities
• Minimum two years experience and in the field of international business
• High level of experience with Office software,
• Knowledge of state tender and commercial laws.
