İş Tanımı

• Penetrating existing customers and expansion of the customer base.
• Introduce and sell related products and solutions to targeted customers.
• Develop a Customer Portfolio on the market.
• Act as the Key Account Manager of the assigned customers.
• Achieve defined targets in sales and profits for sustainable growth.
• Plan and execute action plans based on the company's strategy and vision defined within the MbO (Management by Objectives) Process.
• Perform activities to increase awareness and image of the Dekpax (DX) and the SFS Intec Brands.
• Create DX pioneers on the market.
• Conclude sales contracts and price agreements with customers.
• Define and execute the sales strategies and optimse the sales process.
• Observation and reporting of the market and competition.
• Be the centre point of cooperative development initatives together with customer, SFS Dekpax Engineering Team and Business Unit if relevant.
• Organise customer seminars and participate on industry exhibitions.
• VOC (voice of the customer) calls on a regular basis, in co-operation with our marketing department / BU organization.
• Initiate RFQs (Request for Quotations), determine market prices, submit and follow-up quotations and projects.
• Monthly and weekly Reporting of all activities.
• Accomplish weekly visit reports (use CRM system).
• Assure internal and external flow of information (to SFS Dekpaks & SFS intec).
• Participation on the EC (Electric/Electronic Components) Sales Conferences in Switzerland.
• Co-responsibility for inventories and rate of stock turn.
• Cooperation in dealing with complaints.

Aranan Nitelikler

• Mechanical Engineering degree from a reputable university.
• Experience in the Sales of Screws for the Electric/Electronic and White Goods Industry is obligatory
• Experience in one of the following fields could be an asset.
- Sales of Screws for the construction business (Roofs, Facades) on Concrete, Timber, Aluminium, Steel and isolation applications.
- Sales of Rivets for all industries including Automotive, White goods, Electromechanics, etc.
• Minimum of 2 years experience, preferably in an international environment with proven track records
• Entrepreneurial business style and self motivated
• Excellent social skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Team player
• Proactive and problem solving attitude
• Organizational and strategic planning skills
• High level of customer focused working behaviour
• Very good reporting skills
• Military service completed for male candidates
• Not older than 30 years for the Sales Supervisor position and 35 years for the Sales Manager position
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Active Driver with no travel restrictions
• Proficiency in Turkish and English. German would be an asset.
