VAS & 3rd Party Service Management Senior Engineer

We are seeking a VAS & 3rd Party Service Management Senior Engineer with the will and ambition to work in VAS&3rd Party Services Management Function, reporting VAS&3rd Party Services Mngmnt.Manager of Vodafone Turkey

• Responsible & service owner for Value Added Services ( VAS ) products and services
• Responsible for all Level 2 operations (deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, SLA/OLA management etc ) for corresponding products and services
• To ensure the service delivery is meeting the business and operational standards
• To ensure appropriate measurement and reporting of service performance, usage and availability is in place in order to analyse the trends to identify and prioritize improvements
• Implementing correct measurement of capacity demands
• Maintaining a close relationship with the respective departments (marketing, project office, infrastructure, development) to be aware of any changes to or additions to the current scope of the services

• Experience of Telecommunication , IT and VAS concepts
• Experience in Data Services and Messaging Services ( Premium SMS Services , SMSC, Bulk SMS )
• Significant experience of UNIX shell scripting and PL/SQL
• Significant experience of TCP/IP networking
• Significant experience of Java Based Application
• Significant experience in SLA based working
• Ability to work with ambitious timelines in a dynamic, high-growth environment
• Excellent command of English
• Good team player skills
