Advisor for our Customer Care Support
For our location in Istanbul – Ümraniye we are looking for committed employees for our Customer Care Support Department for the Turkish market, for one of the world's most leading smartphone manufacturer.
As an Advisor;
- You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls from the customers
- You will be responsible for handling the customers and solving their problems
- You will provide high level of service to our customers and try to exceed their expectations during each call
- High School or Vocational School or University Graduate
- Native level of Turkish and good command of English
- Logical thinking ability and customer oriented mind set
- Ability to work within a team
- Flexibility to work in shift plans (08:00-20:00)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good command of MS Office applications
