- Scheduling and maintaining calendar for appointments and meetings,
- Coordinating telephone and e-mail traffic,
- Greeting visitors,
- Maintaining appropriate files and documentations,
- Preparing and editing official company resolutions by effective use of MS Office,
- Arranging communication and coordination between the units,
- Planning and organizing business trips.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree for the position,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant,
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
- Strong communication, organizitonal and problem solving skills.
